Australia Post | Head of Environment + Sustainability
ACFC 2018 Speaker
Andrew’s philosophy centres around the notion that business viability and sustainability are inevitably intertwined.
Andrew Sellick has over 15 years’ experience in helping some of Australia’s biggest companies deliver “more good” for the environment. Former Head of Environmental Sustainability at Australia Post and prior to that was Group Manager Environment at Qantas. He also serves on the Board at the Centre for Sustainability Leadership as a Non-Executive Director.
At Australia Post he led a dual focus of making Australia Post both environmentally and commercially sustainable, focusing on climate mitigation and adaptation strategies, innovative renewable fuel and energy solutions, circular economy innovations and leading sustainable and social supply chain solutions.
“It’s a question of timing. I am fully committed to helping leading Australian organisations, big & small, accelerate the integration of the two – Business viability & sustainability.”
Andrew advises and enables key customers from a range of industries including fashion, FMCG, technology and digital with their sustainability programs, also providing advice and support to small business and start-ups.
Andrew is highly regarded for his multifaceted capabilities in business optimisation, stakeholder engagement and strategy, showcased most recently through the development of Australia’s largest single on-roof solar installation and as the chair of circular economy collaborative forum, REVAMP.
