Parking is available near the MCEC, however strongly discourage delegates from driving because it’s expensive. The MCEC is situated close to public transport and a taxi/uber rank.

What do I bring on the day?2019-09-19T01:00:51+00:00

We encourage all delegates to bring personal devices such as smart phone, tablets, laptops, including note books, pens, refillable water bottles, reusable coffee cups, an extra layer (incase the air conditioning is too cold), comfortable footwear (for lots of networking). Please pack charging cables for devices, we have charging facilities available.

Can I get a tax invoice?2019-09-19T00:57:19+00:00

Your registration confirmation is your tax invoice, we do not issue separate tax invoices.

Can I access all the sessions?2019-09-19T00:56:12+00:00

Yes all Standard and VIP delegates have complete access to all day activities. Student tickets are limited, students cannot participate in the workshop sessions and have full access to the Trade Show. Only VIP delegates can access the networking evening on Wednesday 1st April.

Can I share my ticket?2019-09-19T00:52:52+00:00

Tickets cannot be shared, each delegate is provided a unique QR code on their name badge.

For business professionals booking on behalf of colleagues, please ensure you complete all the require fields to ensure we can provide the delegate with the correct pass on the day. All unique bookings will be allocated a QR code therefore all details must be correct upon registration.

Yes, all Standard and VIP tickets include lunch for both conference days. Plus we provide morning tea and coffee. For dietary requirements please ensure you provide these details upon registration.

Ticket Refunds2019-09-19T00:47:11+00:00

We do offer ticket refunds, tickets cannot be refunded less than 30 days before the event date. A 50% refund applies for cancellations less than 45 days before the event date. Please email to enquire further.

Group discounts apply for groups between 8-10 delegates. Bookings specifically for these numbers will save 15% off each ticket price. For larger bookings we can also arrange something more specific. Groups must be one ticket type.
