The ACFC 2021 venue, The National Arboretum Canberra is located just 6km from the Canberra City Centre at the western end of Lake Burley Griffin. The Arboretum can be accessed by car or bike. There are bike racks onsite, and for large pre-organised groups there is temporary bus parking onsite. There is no public transport to the National Arboretum Canberra.

Yes, upon your final ticket purchase, the receipt provided will be converted to a Tax Invoice stipulating GST. The invoice is accessible via the confirmation email provided on your booking.

Yes, all Standard and VIP ticket holders will be provided a fully catered lunch, including afternoon and morning tea. Student tickets do not include lunch.

We do! If you are looking to book tickets for a large group between 8-10 Delegates,please contact our team to assist with your booking because we offer a 15% discount.

To be prepared as best as possible, you will need to bring: laptop/tablet, a laptop/tablet charger, a mobile phone charger, notepad or workbook, one or two pens, a warm jacket (in case the air conditioning becomes to cold), a reusable water bottle, and business cards.

If you are not attending the conference but may be purchasing on behalf of another person, please ensure you complete all information correctly in the ticketing portal, this includes Full Name, Organisation, Contact Details, Dietary Requirements. Payee’s details should only be entered in the checkout section.
For those who do not correctly follow this, a $75 administrative ticket update fee will be applicable.

We recommend making your own plans for sharing with a colleague, we can assist with bookings for special circumstances, however we are not responsible for delegates accommodation.
The Workshop is included in conference registration, including other activities on the main conference days (Monday 18th – Tuesday 19th October).
No, one-day conference registration is unavailable. Please note your registration is valid for Monday 18th October till Tuesday 19th October.

The Trade Show is accessible the entire time of the conference, the Trade Show is in the same area as the main event.

Registration fees are refundable, less a $99 processing fee, up until September 17th. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting September 18th, 2021.
Registrations are transferable until September 17th with a $75 administrative transfer fee. Starting September 18th 2021, transfers will not be accepted.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar.
Please email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two business days.
ACFC is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, venue conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after September 18th.
