Partnering with I:CO, the worlds largest textile recycle company, GFX has saved over 18 tonnes of textile waste from hitting landfills, activating positive change around the world.
Patrick is an expert at developing networks and activating ideas. He launched Global Fashion Exchange (GFX) in 2013 at the The Copenhagen Fashion Summit, where 1500 people swapped 5.2 tons of clothes. GFX has grown into an international platform promoting sustainability in the fashion industry through inspiring forums, educational content and events.
Patrick manages GFX in conjunction with Intandem Creatives, a Boutique Creative Agency that focuses on sustainability, design and production around the world.

Patrick powers creative teams in New York, Los Angeles, and London and has produced events and created marketing campaigns for world’s most recognised brands; H&M, Moët Hennessy and Microsoft.
Patrick’s passion for social impact led to the creation of GFx. The international initiative was set to challenge the fashion industry to create a more sustainable world. In addition to his work with GFX, Patrick also manages global partnerships for Common Objective (CO) is an intelligent business network for the fashion industry and is a member of the Ethical Fashion Forum.
